Satellite Training for Trainer on RGB Techniques for Meteorological Applications
(6 – 7 October 2018)
The training organized by BMKG and AOMSUC’s co-sponsors is designated specifically for satellite data users from the Asia/Oceania region. With experts from various backgrounds, this event will consist of series of lectures and practical training, which allow participants to express its needs for training in the access and use of satellite data.
For representatives from invited NMHS who are non BMKG-funded, for practical reasons, we strongly reccomend to arrange the training accomodation via LOC event organizer. For price and payment information, see Details. (the file contained prices for stay until meeting at the conference venue)

The Joint Meeting of RA II WIGOS Project and RA V TT-SU for RA II and RA V NMHSs
(11 October 2018)
The Coordination Meeting of RA V Task Team on Satellite Utilization, and RA II WIGOS Project is aimed to develop support for National Meteorological and Hydrological Services (NMHSs) in satellite data and products. This meeting will be very important to determine satellite data user requirements and related training needs of each member and to provide guidance to satellite operators in their data provision plans.
Note: The Joint meeting is limited to ICSC members, co-sponsors, and representatives from invited National Meteorological and Hydrological Services (NMHSs). Each NMHSs Representatives are required to make country report.
